About Project
Alchemy Reach is helping Toppers Pizza Guelph grow their Instagram presence. The goal is to make the brand more visible in the local community, get more people to engage with their content, and encourage more orders both online and in-store. The focus is on creating fun, local content that speaks directly to Guelph’s audience — especially students and families.

Solution
To reach this goal, we created a content strategy with fun weekly themes like “Toppers Tuesday” and “Cheesy Deals” to keep the posts fresh and engaging. We captured new food photos and behind-the-scenes shots at the store to showcase the menu and give the brand a strong, local visual identity. The Instagram profile was updated with key details like store hours, delivery options, and a direct link to order online. We actively engaged with followers by responding quickly to comments, DMs, and mentions, helping to build trust and a sense of community. By tracking the performance of each post — including likes, reach, shares, and story views — we learned what content worked best and adjusted our approach accordingly. We also launched local promotions with Instagram-only offers to attract new followers and customers, and boosted top-performing posts with ads to reach more people in the Guelph area.
The Result
Instagram engagement improved noticeably, with more likes, comments, and higher views on stories and reels. The store also started receiving more direct messages with questions about the menu, hours, and current offers. Local promotions, especially student discounts, grabbed a lot of attention and performed well with the target audience. As a result, the account gained new followers and built stronger brand recognition within the Guelph community. Additionally, boosted ads helped highlight best-selling items and seasonal deals, bringing in even more interest from potential customers.
