Arbor Memorial is one of Canada’s largest providers of funeral, cremation, and cemetery services, operating over 130 funeral homes and 40 cemeteries nationwide. With such a wide network, the need for a consistent, reliable, and compassionate digital presence became critical not just for internal operations but for the thousands of families turning to their services every year. Their website had to guide people through highly emotional decisions, while their backend systems needed to manage complex logistics like scheduling, location coordination, and service delivery.

Harpreet led the effort to elevate Arbor Memorial’s digital infrastructure and online presence.
